Mentorship Program

AFP’s Mentor Program is a simple matching process. We evaluate a prospective mentor’s background/knowledge against a prospective mentee’s areas of learning interest. Once a mentor has agreed to work with a specific mentee, the two are introduced to one another via email and they then decide how, where, and how often they will communicate as well as when the coaching will conclude, if ever.
